Charlotte Hammond sadly passed away on 31st July 2012 peacefully at St Barnabas hospice. This page is dedicated to Charlotte, a place where friends can remember the good times, share stories or upload funny photos as Charlotte would have liked. She will be missed so much and always be in the hearts of her friends, family and the people she touched.
Charlotte was an incredibly brave lady and an inspiration. Charlotte was the best Mum, Wife, Daughter, Sister, Auntie and friend.
